Our injection’s engine room is based on injection molding machines of Battenfeld brand. Currently we have 12 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 460 kN of 6300 kN and a maximum weight of the molding to 2600g (PS). All machines operating hydraulic and pneumatic cores. Our injection’s engine room is also equiped with 6 dryers for plastics-which need this operation-and numerous peripherals such as stabilizers of mold temperature, drivers heated nozzles also feeders and mixers of granules.

The Aqua Mikol Company has two tool shops. One of them, located on the premises at Bogucin is primarily sustain our forms. The range of forms shall maintain adequate storage, periodic regeneration but also ongoing maintenance. We effectuate there small projects. The second tool shop is located in Shaxi(China). The purpose of this tool is thye realisation of any mold’s projects. A large machine park allows us to produce several forms in a relatively small period of time.

Due to relatively low cost of molds manufactured by our subsidiary in Shaxi become an excellent alternative for companies and individual clients . Because of less needs for loads of details. Our branch in China build a form but the injectors are produced in Bogucin without minimum quantity in any time interval.

Because we have our own tool shop-we respond quickly to possible failures of our working forms. By entrusting us with production you have a guarantee that production will be continuous , and all the inconveniences also defects will quickly removed.

Beside producing molds and injection the elements we are also doing assembly , machining and packing products. We posses assembly hall of 500 m where take place the operations of folding, threading , turning, gluing and packing.
